Statutory Tournament Regulation

Affirmative commitment to equal dignity and fair treatment regardless of religion, caste, creed, region, disability, or socio-economic background.

Codified Articles & Clauses

:

All players, officials, and academy candidates shall be evaluated solely on merit, skill, fitness, and conduct without bias based on religion, caste, linguistic background, or state of origin.

Verbal intimidation, derogatory nicknames, or exclusionary dressing-room behaviour aimed at a participant's socio-cultural identity will trigger immediate inquiry by the Disciplinary Committee.

Any registered individual may lodge a confidential discrimination complaint to the Tournament Ombudsman within 14 days of an incident. Inquiries must be completed within 10 days.

Enforcement & Confidential Inquiries

Violations of this regulation are subject to expedited review by the RDCA Disciplinary Committee. For confidential reporting, contact the Integrity Officer.
