PMOA (Players & Match Officials Area) Minimum Standards

Statutory Tournament Regulation

Mandatory security cordon and communication blackout safeguarding the integrity of dressing rooms, dugouts, and match officials' facilities.

Codified Articles & Clauses

:

The PMOA encompasses player dressing rooms, dugouts, viewing terraces, match referee suites, umpire change rooms, and designated tunnel passageways.

:

All mobile phones, smart watches, laptops, two-way radios, and transmission equipment must be deposited with the Tournament Anti-Corruption Manager 60 minutes before the toss.

Only personnel holding valid PMOA accreditation badges (players, coach, physio, doctor, match officials) are permitted entry. Visitors must register in the official PMOA logbook.

Entry doors and corridors leading to PMOA suites are monitored by 24-hour recorded CCTV feeds under the custody of the Chief Security Officer.
