Codified Articles & Clauses

:

All white-ball matches are conducted using four-piece certified SG White Club/Tournament turf balls. In 50-over matches, two new balls are used per innings, one from each end.

:

Overs 1-6: Mandatory Powerplay (maximum 2 fielders outside 30-yard circle). Overs 7-20: Maximum 5 fielders outside the circle. Maximum 4 overs per bowler.

P1 (Overs 1-10): Mandatory (max 2 fielders outside). P2 (Overs 11-40): Max 4 fielders outside. P3 (Overs 41-50): Max 5 fielders outside. Maximum 10 overs per bowler.

Teams must complete 20 overs within 85 minutes. If a team fails to start the final over by the scheduled cut-off time, one additional fielder must be brought inside the 30-yard circle for the remainder of the innings.

In the event of a tied match, a Super Over will be played. If the Super Over is tied, subsequent Super Overs will be played until a clear winner emerges.

A minimum of 5 overs per side in T20 and 20 overs per side in 50 overs must be bowled to constitute a result. Revised targets are calculated using the certified VJD / DLS mathematical software.
