Statutory Tournament Regulation

Legal terms licensing still photographic imagery for accredited journalists and strictly forbidding commercial merchandise exploitation.

Codified Articles & Clauses

Photographs taken inside tournament stadiums by accredited photographers may be utilized strictly for editorial news reporting and sports journalism.

Images cannot be sold, sublicensed, or reproduced on commercial posters, digital trading cards, NFT assets, apparel, or promotional endorsements without written consent.

The collective image rights of participating athletes remain protected under the Tournament Participant Agreement and statutory Indian personality rights law.
