Statutory Tournament Regulation

Rules governing the access, capture, editing, and distribution of match footage, audio, and news by non-rights holder media networks.

Codified Articles & Clauses

:

Non-rights holder broadcast networks may use up to 90 seconds of match footage per news bulletin, with a maximum of 6 minutes across a 24-hour broadcast cycle.

:

No non-rights holder may broadcast or stream live or near-live moving video footage from the stadium during the continuance of a match.

:

All match clips utilized in news broadcasts must carry an on-screen courtesy bug: 'Footage Courtesy: Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial Tournament / RDCA'.

:

Video clips may not be posted natively to third-party social media handles without formal digital sub-licensing authorization.
